God’s great general has gone home. The announcement of your death came as a rude shock. I’ve not gotten over it yet. But the Bible says “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints “ Psalms 116:15. Rev. George Edet Offong, you lived your life breathing Mission. You surrendered your whole life to your Master Jesus and followed the Holy Spirit to the end. You lived a purposeful life. You truly lived out your personal call that God had for you. While you were here on earth, you shined like a star. Like an athlete you had endured difficulties and trials to experience victory. You are free now from the world’s struggles. I pray that the Lord will comfort your children, strengthen their spirit and encourage their hearts. God will uphold and grant them inner peace and will help them to get through it.
