"But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel"; 2 Tim. 1:10. Death has been abolished. Bro. Edet has been immortalized by the Master he served on this side of the divide. Yes, his dear children, family ( both natural and spiritual) will miss him. We can all find comfort in the reality that "to live is Christ and to depart is gain". It is only but for a moment as we look forward to the blessed hope when the trumpet shall sound and we shall all be united again with this missionary statesman and his and our Commander in Chief, Yeshua. May his passion for reaching out to the lost ever burn in our hearts and minds. Amen.
